Basinco Limited was formed by Basinco Holdings S.A.'s main shareholder to continue its activity after Basinco Holdings S.A. was authorised to delist its shares from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to dissolve itself.

Basinco Holdings S.A. was listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange from 1981 to the 15th of December 2010.

Basinco Limited carries on essentially the same activity as Basinco Holdings S.A. and focuses on the holding and management of its own investments.
